A thicker, spoonable smoothie

  • 1 tbsp Baobab Boost
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • Optional toppings: chia seeds, coconut flakes and/or granola

Directions:

  1. In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen berries, ½ avocado, and 1 tablespoon of Baobab Boost.
  2. Add 1 cup of your preferred milk (almond, oat, dairy, etc.) to help everything blend smoothly.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and thick. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed. For an extra thick texture, use less milk or pulse slowly.
  4. Pour or scoop the smoothie into a bowl—its spoonable consistency should hold your toppings well.
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds, coconut flakes, or granola on top for added texture and crunch.
  6. Grab a spoon and dig in while it’s cold and creamy!
