Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We are not able to ship internationally
through our online store yet. 

Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $6.00 on orders under $60.00.
- Free Standard shipping on orders of $60.00 or more (order subtotal after discounts,
  before taxes).
- Expedited shipping: available at checkout; the rate is calculated from your address
  and shown before you pay.

Subscription orders
- Your first subscription order ships free with priority shipping. The free shipping
  and the free gifts apply to that first order only.
- Later subscription deliveries ship at our standard rates: $6.00 if the renewal is
  under $60.00, free if it is $60.00 or more.
- You can see the renewal price and delivery frequency on the product page before
  you subscribe, and change or cancel in your account at any time.

Processing and delivery times
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm Central on a business day ship the next business day.
  Orders placed after 12:00 pm, on weekends or on holidays ship the following business
  day. The product page shows the expected ship date for your order.
- Standard shipping usually arrives 3–5 business days after it ships.
- Expedited shipping usually arrives 2–3 business days after it ships.
- We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Delivery estimates are from the
  carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your
order leaves our warehouse. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact
us at info@drinktiiga.com and we will look into it.

Address changes and problems
- Check your shipping address at checkout. We can change an address only before the
  order ships; email info@drinktiiga.com right away if you need to.
- If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we
  will contact you to reship it. Reshipping fees may apply.
- If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but is missing, contact us
  within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and we will replace the
  order or refund it.
