Prebiotic fiber-packed gut friendly breakfast

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Baobab Boost
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Topping: fresh fruit and honey

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix together oats, almond milk, Baobab Boost, and chia seeds.
  2. Stir until the mixture is fully combined and the Baobab Boost is dissolved.
  3. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight to let the oats and chia seeds absorb the liquid.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and top with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.
