Prebiotic fiber-packed gut friendly breakfast
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp Baobab Boost
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Topping: fresh fruit and honey
Instructions:
- In a jar or bowl, mix together oats, almond milk, Baobab Boost, and chia seeds.
- Stir until the mixture is fully combined and the Baobab Boost is dissolved.
- Cover and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight to let the oats and chia seeds absorb the liquid.
- In the morning, stir the oats and top with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.
