Soothing on digestion and full of nutrients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Baobab Boost
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • Optional: dash of cinnamon or vanilla

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, whisk together almond milk and Baobab Boost until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir in chia seeds, making sure they're evenly distributed to prevent clumping.
  3. Mix in a dash of cinnamon or vanilla for added flavor, if desired.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again to prevent the seeds from settling.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4–6 hours, until it thickens to a pudding consistency.
  6. Eat as-is or top with fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of honey for extra flavor and nutrients!
