Soothing on digestion and full of nutrients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp Baobab Boost
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- Optional: dash of cinnamon or vanilla
Instructions:
- In a jar or bowl, whisk together almond milk and Baobab Boost until fully dissolved.
- Stir in chia seeds, making sure they're evenly distributed to prevent clumping.
- Mix in a dash of cinnamon or vanilla for added flavor, if desired.
- Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again to prevent the seeds from settling.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4–6 hours, until it thickens to a pudding consistency.
- Eat as-is or top with fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of honey for extra flavor and nutrients!
