An herbal, fiber-rich tea alternative

  • 1 scoop Lemon Lime Tiiga or Baobab Boost
  • 1 cup warm (not boiling) water
  • Green Tea of Choice
  • Slice of ginger or mint leaves

Directions:

  1. Heat 1 cup of water until it's warm but not boiling (around 150–170°F). Boiling water can degrade the nutrients in Baobab Boost or Tiiga.
  2. Add your green tea to the warm water and let it steep for 2–3 minutes. Remove the tea bag or strain the leaves.
  3. Stir in 1 scoop of Lemon Lime Tiiga or Baobab Boost until fully dissolved.
  4. Drop in a slice of ginger or a few fresh mint leaves for added flavor and digestive support.
  5. Give it one final stir, then sip slowly and enjoy the soothing, fiber-rich benefits.
