An herbal, fiber-rich tea alternative

1 scoop Lemon Lime Tiiga or Baobab Boost
- 1 cup warm (not boiling) water
- Green Tea of Choice

Slice of ginger or mint leaves
Directions:
- Heat 1 cup of water until it's warm but not boiling (around 150–170°F). Boiling water can degrade the nutrients in Baobab Boost or Tiiga.
- Add your green tea to the warm water and let it steep for 2–3 minutes. Remove the tea bag or strain the leaves.
- Stir in 1 scoop of Lemon Lime Tiiga or Baobab Boost until fully dissolved.
- Drop in a slice of ginger or a few fresh mint leaves for added flavor and digestive support.
- Give it one final stir, then sip slowly and enjoy the soothing, fiber-rich benefits.
