Fluffy, tangy, and gut-friendly

  • 1 cup whole wheat or oat flour
  • 1 tbsp baobab boost
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 1 mashed banana

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mash 1 ripe banana until smooth.
  2. Crack in the egg and pour in the milk. Whisk until fully combined with the banana.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, Baobab Boost, and baking powder. Stir to evenly distribute the dry ingredients.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir until a thick, smooth batter forms—don’t overmix.
  5. Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter if needed.
  6. Pour about ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set (about 2–3 minutes).
  7. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
