1 cup whole wheat or oat flour
- 1 tbsp baobab boost

¾ cup milk of choice
- 1 mashed banana
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, mash 1 ripe banana until smooth.
- Crack in the egg and pour in the milk. Whisk until fully combined with the banana.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, Baobab Boost, and baking powder. Stir to evenly distribute the dry ingredients.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir until a thick, smooth batter forms—don’t overmix.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter if needed.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set (about 2–3 minutes).
- Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
