On-the-go nutrition rich in fiber

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup nut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or agave
  • 1 tbsp Baobab Boost
  • Handful of chocolate chips, dried cranberries, almonds, or walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small saucepan (or microwave-safe bowl), gently warm the nut butter and honey (or agave) until they can be easily stirred together. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and Baobab Boost. Stir to evenly distribute the powder throughout the oats.
  4. Pour the warm nut butter mixture over the oat mixture. Stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Add your chocolate chips, dried cranberries, almonds, or walnuts and gently fold them in.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands to firmly press it into an even layer.
  7. No-Bake Option: Place in the fridge for 1–2 hours until firm.
  8. Lightly Baked Option: Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 10–12 minutes for a firmer texture.
  9. Once firm or cooled, slice into bars or squares and store in an airtight container.
