On-the-go nutrition rich in fiber
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup nut butter
- ¼ cup honey or agave
- 1 tbsp Baobab Boost
- Handful of chocolate chips, dried cranberries, almonds, or walnuts
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small saucepan (or microwave-safe bowl), gently warm the nut butter and honey (or agave) until they can be easily stirred together. Mix until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and Baobab Boost. Stir to evenly distribute the powder throughout the oats.
- Pour the warm nut butter mixture over the oat mixture. Stir until everything is well coated.
- Add your chocolate chips, dried cranberries, almonds, or walnuts and gently fold them in.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands to firmly press it into an even layer.
- No-Bake Option: Place in the fridge for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Lightly Baked Option: Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 10–12 minutes for a firmer texture.
- Once firm or cooled, slice into bars or squares and store in an airtight container.
