Great for gut health on the go

  • 1½ cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp Baobab Boost
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, and Baobab Boost. Stir well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together applesauce, almond milk, and the egg until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined—don’t overmix.
  5. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Perfect for a gut-friendly breakfast on the go!
