Great for gut health on the go
- 1½ cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp Baobab Boost
- ½ cup applesauce
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, and Baobab Boost. Stir well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together applesauce, almond milk, and the egg until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined—don’t overmix.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Perfect for a gut-friendly breakfast on the go!
